Full Paper Presentations are 18 minutes and Short Paper Presentations are 9 minutes maximum, including any questions and answers. Professional presentations include slides, videos, or PowerPoint presentations to support your information and discussion. To ensure dynamic and interesting presentations, you are encouraged to talk from your visual aids and not simply read your paper.
In order to present you must be registered for at least the day your Presentation is scheduled.
Basic registration is reduced 50% for a Full Paper presentation: and 25% for a Short Paper presentation. (About Discounts) Limit one registration discount per paper.*
SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN MANUSCRIPT for publication in the Conference Proceedings is required to receive the registration discount.
Take the Discount when you initially register for the Conference (beginning April 2008). To retain that Discount you must submit your manuscript and a CD (and CD with PowerPoint presentation if applicable) when completing your Registration at the Conference. You will not complete Registration until we receive your manuscript and CD, or the balance of your full registration fee.

*Multiple Presenters/Leaders must make their own arrangements between each other for equity with the discount. Registration is monitored and excess discounts will be charged to the latest submission.
