Cloudless Sulphur

General: The Cloudless Sulphur is seasonally abundant and at other times absent. Males are bright yellow; females may be yellow or white. Adults usually appear after the winter rains and then in larger numbers after the onset of the summer rains.
Flight: late spring through summer into fall
Foodplant: slim pod senna, Senna leptocarpa
Status: seasonal resident
