Policy for Conference Participants Under 18 Young people are always welcome to participate in the Conference, but those under 18 years of age are required to come with a registered parent, legal or official guardian, or chaperone who will accompany them at all Conference events. Please check the box on the Registration Form and include the following form as well. This form must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian.

I am registering for the Invertebrates in Education and Conservation Conference as a parent or legal guardian. I have reviewed the above policy about young people's participation in the Conference and agree to uphold this policy.	I will not be registering for the Invertebrates in Education and Conservation Conference. I give permission for to be the Official Guardian or Chaperone at the Conference.
