Other Activities During the Conference

SILENT AUCTION

Back by popular demand! TITAG will be coordinating a silent auction this year. Bring an invertebrate-related gift to put on the Auction table. Bidding will start Thursday, August 28 and end Saturday, August 30 at the Banquet. Proceeds will benefit TITAG and SASI.

EXHIBITORS AND VENDORS

Last year our exhibit area held 11 exhibitors featuring live animals, butterfly farmers, exhibit technology, collecting equipment, and unique invertebrate gifts! This year we expect that many of the same vendors will return and hope to have new vendors with new and exciting inventory. We plan to list all confirmed exhibitors in July's registration confirmation materials so you can place special orders.

INFORMATION & JOB LISTINGS

Conference participants are encouraged to bring educational materials, organizational brochures, photo albums, and other free information to share with colleagues at the information exchange tables. An area will be dedicated to posting positions available, or your resume if you are looking for employment.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

Bring your favorite invertebrate photograph, proudest invertebrate moment, or other invertebrate happenings captured on film or digital media to display at the Conference. Submit up to seven photographs. Print sizes can be as small as 5"x7” and as large as 8 1/2"x12”, but no larger. Winners will be announced at the Banquet. PLEASE HAND CARRY YOUR PHOTOS TO THE CONFERENCE OR MAIL THEM TO YOURSELF AT THE RESORT.
